For more than 15 years, I've had the incredible opportunity to prepare meals behind the scenes for world-famous touring artists like Mariah Carey, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Imagine Dragons, along with productions including WWE and The Oprah Winfrey Show, and premier sporting events such as The Masters. Those experiences taught me that whether you're serving thousands backstage or a family gathered around the kitchen table, every plate deserves the same care, creativity, and attention to detail. Today, I'm a husband, a father of three amazing kids, and the heart behind this cottage kitchen. Here, I trade stadium crowds for small batches, homemade recipes, and the simple joy of feeding my community.
